Raising Emotionally Healthy and Resilient Children
Thank you for joining us. Here you’ll find a short recap of the talk, two free printables to try at home, and ways to stay connected as we continue learning together.
Resilience helps children cope with stress, work through setbacks, and find a way forward with support.
Resilience is the ability to adapt well to difficult experiences through mental, emotional, and behavioral flexibility.
Your child was not simply born with it or without it. Resilience is a dynamic capacity that grows over time, through practice and through the relationships around them.
The 7 Cs of Resilience
